In the context of distance selling, Olé Main Boutique is obliged to collect various personal information for the delivery of orders and compliance with the rules of distance selling, this information allows us to draw up an invoice and guarantee you the products. Nevertheless, Olé Main Boutique undertakes not to disclose this information free of charge or for any consideration to other companies or any other third party. 3° Order
The order can only be taken into account after payment has been made in full and all personal data relating to the correct processing and delivery of the order has been completed. In the event of a dispute arising from a previous order, or for any other problem, Olé Main Boutique reserves the right to interrupt the order. In the event of an error in the customer's contact details, Olé Main Boutique cannot be held responsible in the event of impossibility of delivery.

In case of delivery by Collissimo, the operator in charge of your order will communicate (by email) your parcel number in order to track the delivery of your parcel on the post office website.

4° Means of payment
Bank card
Our site has an online payment system via PayPal and Stripe (Secure payment by the security services of the latter) or for any payment by credit card you will have to indicate the type of card (credit card, visa, maestro, eurocard), the card number, the expiry date and the cryptogram on the back of the card.
Terms of payment in 12 instalments free of charge
This payment is exclusively reserved for professionals, on our website, whose billing address is located in metropolitan France for all purchases of a Nailboard.
This service is offered after validation of your basket by simple payment by credit card, without supporting documents or specific formalities or acceptance deadline.
Payment will be accepted only under the following cumulative conditions (on the day of your order):
- Your account must be funded with the amount of the first instalment paid by credit card on our online store.
- After ordering on our online store, you must have sent us your bank information (IBAN) by email in order to proceed with the monthly payment of the Nailboard.
- Validation by signature of the general terms and conditions of monthly payment.

Conclusion of the contract:
After validating your shopping cart on our website with one of the "NAILBOARD MONTHLY PAYMENTS" products, choose your "Payment by credit card" payment method. You will be redirected to a secure BNP Paribas page with a detailed summary of your order, the amount of each instalment and their direct debit dates.
The maximum period between the first and last payment must not exceed a total duration of 12 months.
The confirmation of the payment method is done by the so-called "double-click" technique, i.e., that you have read and accept our general terms and conditions of sale, payment and delivery by ticking the box "I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and I adhere to them without reservation".
You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with acknowledgment upon acknowledgment of the terms and conditions constitutes consent to enter into the terms and conditions and constitutes an irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Performance of the contract
By validating the payment request in 12 instalments free of charge, you request the immediate execution of this contract.
In the event of default on your part in the repayments, Nailboard by Olémain may demand the immediate repayment of the outstanding capital.
Nailboard by Olémain may give a mandate to any company of its choice to manage calls for monthly payments and/or their collection.
Withdrawal of Acceptance
In accordance with Article L.121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, after having accepted this contract, you can withdraw from your commitment by simple email or registered mail (withdrawal slip "Payment in 12 instalments free of charge") within 14 clear days from the date of your order.
In the event of withdrawal, the sale for which you requested payment in 12 instalments free of charge is cancelled, unless Nailboard by Olémain offers you another means of payment. In the event of cancellation of the sale, Nailboard by Olémain will reimburse you in full the amount you would have paid it in respect of the payment in 12 instalments free of charge within 30 days following the return of the goods(s) subject to the sale.
Under no circumstances does the exercise of this right of withdrawal give rise to a registration on a file.
In accordance with Article L.311-3 of the Consumer Code, the offer of "payment 12 times free of charge" is not subject to the provisions of Articles L.311-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in particular because of the reimbursement period not exceeding three months and the negligible fees levied therein under this contract.

5°Conditions of delivery
All orders will be delivered in a suitable and discreet shipment, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Only paid orders will be shipped.
If a parcel is returned by the relevant postal service due to an insufficient or inaccurate address, the customer must bear the shipping costs for the reshipment of the package. In this case, the delivery times stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions shall no longer apply.
If a parcel is returned by the relevant postal service due to an insufficient or inaccurate address, and the customer requests a refund of the corresponding order, the amount to be reimbursed by Olé Main Boutique is calculated by subtracting the shipping costs from the total paid by the customer (mention "TOTAL" on the corresponding delivery note).
In case of loss or theft during the delivery of the post office, Olé Main Boutique cannot be held responsible.
All claims with regard to the post office must be carried out by the customer. Olé Main Boutique nevertheless undertakes to provide you with a summary of your order and its shipment upon simple request from the customer sent by email to contact@olemain-boutique.com.
Delivery times are given as an indication and include processing, routing and shipping, possible delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the order or claim damages.
In-store pick-up:
The customer who has opted for an "in-store pick-up" must collect his order within 14 days, beyond this period, the customer will no longer be able to claim the collection of his order or even the refund of it.
6° Products and prices
The products offered by Olé Main Boutique are available in stock, however if an exceptional shortage of a product is effective, we will communicate to you the necessary supply times to obtain the desired product.
The Olé Main Boutique website presents its customers with a description of each item, the prices of which are indicated in euros, in order to provide all the information allowing the buyer to know the main characteristics of the product.
The photos are presented for information purposes only and are in no way contractual.
The buyer has the right to send an email to Olé Main Boutique at any time if he deems it necessary to obtain some clarification.
7° Returns and right of withdrawal
All return requests must be requested in writing in advance (by email or post) to our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt.
To benefit from an exchange, or refund, the items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging, with the labels appearing on the product, unworn, unwashed, bearing no odor (tobacco, cream, etc.) that could justify that the product cannot be submitted for resale. Olé Main Boutique reserves the right to be the sole arbiter to validate the quality and condition of the returned product. In the event of a refund or exchange, the shipping costs (shipping and re-shipping) will remain the responsibility of the customer, without any possibility of refund.
Products that are incomplete, used, worn, damaged, not returned in the original intact packaging, will not be returned. In accordance with Ordinance No. 2011-741 of 23 August 2001, this withdrawal period is not applicable to products on sale or destocked.
In the event of a return, the refund period is a maximum of 21 days.
8° Retention of title
All products and items remain the property of Olé Main Boutique until full payment has been received.
9° Intellectual property
All Documents, products, tests, comments, information, logos, trademarks, illustrations and images reproduced or accessible on this site are protected under intellectual property law by their owners, both in terms of economic and moral rights, and consequently, are exclusively intended for private and free use within the framework of the family circle within the meaning of Article L.122-5-1 of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any violation of this article will expose its author to criminal prosecution for infringement in accordance with articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code, without prejudice to civil proceedings that may also be brought, in particular by other holders of rights to the documents.
10° Liability
The user is solely responsible for the use he makes of the items purchased on the Site.
The buyer is informed that the Olé Main Boutique website and the legal representative of the company are not the manufacturers of the products present on the website.

Olé Main Boutique disclaims all responsibility for said item, after it has been worn.

12° Applicable fees
By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, the buyer undertakes to have read these conditions, to understand them and to respect them. Any failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the nullity of the order without any possible recourse, any attempts at fraud will lead to systematic legal proceedings by Olé Main Boutique and its manager by the legal department.
Any slanderous or defamatory mentions, etc. seeking to harm the Olé Main Boutique site will face legal action
This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a commercial dispute, only the French courts are able to rule.
