All orders will be delivered in a suitable and discreet shipment, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Only paid orders will be shipped.
If a parcel is returned by the relevant postal service due to an insufficient or inaccurate address, the customer must bear the shipping costs for the reshipment of the package. In this case, the delivery times stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions shall no longer apply.
If a parcel is returned by the relevant postal service due to an insufficient or inaccurate address, and the customer requests a refund of the corresponding order, the amount to be reimbursed by Olé Main Boutique is calculated by subtracting the shipping costs from the total paid by the customer (mention "TOTAL" on the corresponding delivery note).
In case of loss or theft during the delivery of the post office, Olé Main Boutique cannot be held responsible.
All claims with regard to the post office must be carried out by the customer. Olé Main Boutique nevertheless undertakes to provide you with a summary of your order and its shipment upon simple request from the customer sent by email to contact@olemain-boutique.com.
Delivery times are given as an indication and include processing, routing and shipping, possible delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the order or claim damages.
In-store pick-up:
The customer who has opted for an "in-store pick-up" must collect his order within 14 days, beyond this period, the customer will no longer be able to claim the collection of his order or even the refund of it.
